Shipping within Saudi Arabia
Orders are prepared and shipped from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and delivered across Saudi Arabia through our delivery partners.
Shipping is currently free for orders within Saudi Arabia. VERUTTI may update shipping promotions or fees in the future. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before checkout.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is up to 3 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary due to the delivery location, weekends and public holidays, promotional periods, unusually high order volumes, or operational and logistical circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an unusual delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to keep the customer informed about the order status.
Order processing and delivery details
Order processing begins after the order is confirmed and the required delivery information has been provided.
Please make sure your delivery information is complete and accurate, including your full name, mobile number, city and area, delivery address, and National Address or Short Address where required.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.
Order tracking
Once your order is ready for shipment, tracking information or order status updates may be provided through the available communication channels, such as email or the mobile number associated with the order.
Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because we are unable to contact the customer, the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, or the shipment is not received after delivery attempts, the order may be returned to VERUTTI.
The customer may be responsible for the cost of redelivery when the failed delivery results from incorrect customer information or failure to receive the shipment, subject to the circumstances and the delivery provider's charges.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging where applicable.
Our team will review the case and take the appropriate action in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.
Changing the delivery address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. An address can only be changed if the order has not yet been handed over to the delivery provider. Once shipping has started, changing the delivery address may no longer be possible.
