Orders and order acceptance

If VERUTTI cancels a paid order, any amount successfully collected for the cancelled item or order will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Information page. Orders within Saudi Arabia are currently eligible for free shipping, and the estimated delivery time is up to 3 business days from order confirmation, subject to the conditions explained in that policy.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the delivery address and National Address or Short Address where required.

Returns and refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided the applicable return conditions are met. Different treatment may apply where a product has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or an incorrect item has been supplied.

Warranty

Eligible VERUTTI watches are covered by the Warranty Policy published on our website. The current standard warranty period is 2 years from the purchase date against eligible manufacturing and material defects, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in that policy.
